Return Policy


* "FREE SHIPPING IS FOR NORMAL U.S. MAIL OR GROUND SHIPPING SERVICE WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY SPECIAL SHIPPING OR HANDLING OR ANY CHARGES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF NAME, ADDRESS, ZIP CODE, OR ANY OTHER ERROR THAT WILL CAUSE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING OR HANDLING CHARGES EITHER BY E-POOL PRODUCTS, BOB STUBBS INC, OR ANY OTHER SHIPPER CONTRACTED."

E-Pool Products, in an attempt to maintain the lowest possible prices for our customers, have created the following Return Policy on ALL ITEMS.

1.) At E-Pool Supply, we do not have access to your pool or spa and therefore cannot accept any responsibilty or liability for products that do not work with or are not compatible with your system. Manufacturer's Customer Service Centers can best determine your exact needs. Since there is in excess of over 22,000 individual products in the pool industry alone, and geographical location may influence application, the buyer assumes all responsibilty and liability without exception. In most cases the problem is not a product problem but a deficiency in the system or misapplication of products.

2.) No purchased item may be returned without a "Return Goods Authorization". All items returned without such authorization shall be refused and the shipper will be liable for return shipping. If you have a return request, please e-mail: Sales@Pool-Spacare.comfor an Authorization, describing the reason for the return.

3.) If an item is suspected to be defective please contact US Sales@Pool-Spacare.com, or The Manufacturer to try to resolve before returning products.Technical and Warranty Centers supported by the manufacturer are ready to assist in making sure your product is working properly and in the event that it is not, will  take all measures necessary to resolve the problem quickly.

4.) Non-Defective Returns are at the discretion of E-Pool or the manufacturer of the product.

Non-Defective returns, if allowed, must:

We reserve the right to charge a 20% Restocking Fee, a 4% Processing Fee, and Original Shipping Charges.

5.) Refused or cancelled orders:

Any refused order is subject to a 20% Restocking Fee, a 4% Processing Fee, and Shipping Charges.

Any Canceled Order is subject to a 4% Processing Fee. An order can only be cancelled IF it has NOT been shipped.

If you attempt to cancel an order after it has shipped, it is considered a "refused order" and Refused Order charges apply.

6.) E-Pool Supply reserves the right to ammend or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
